Current compliance with the requirements

The accessibility requirements are derived from section 3 (1) to (4) and section 4 of the Ordinance on Accessible Information Technology (BITV 2.0), enacted on the basis of section 12d of the Act on Equal Opportunity for People with Disabilities (BGG).

Arbitration

If a satisfactory solution has not still been found even after submitting feedback in the manner described above, you can turn to the Arbitration Service provided for by section 16 BGG. The BGG Arbitration Service is tasked with supporting out-of-court dispute resolution in conflicts between persons with disabilities and Federal public bodies on the topic of accessibility. The arbitration process is free of charge. Legal counsel does not need to be involved.
